Fake Tilt-Shift Effect (Noob Edition)

To make miniature size photo. The object(s) in the photo will looks like miniature model made just for this moment. Real tilt-shift lens is expensive, but can be done also by using photshop.

Can't see the Penang Bridge because it looks small in this picture.
